On Crip's Dead Reckoning,
proposes a speculative architectural reconfiguration of how, as crip people, we reclaim and occupy space. Dead Reckoning is the calculation of the position of a moving body/object in a space. By creating more inclusive architecture, the space reshapes itself, allowing for the expansion of Dead Reckonings. This work envisions a radically accessible Dead Reckoning by turning architectural plans into a fictional map, creating space for disabled bodies and Palestinian solidarity. Within the thick walls of violent oppressive institutional neglect, we twist the neck of ableist perspective by tracing inclusive architectural measures, or in other words, crip compliance.
